What to do if the product falls off: If the strips fail to hold, first verify that your surface is on the "Recommended" list above. If the surface is correct, ensure you allowed the full 1-hour cure time after initial application. Ensure you are not mounting on "non-stick" paint variants, which can feel smooth but reject adhesive bonds.
Proper Removal Technique:
Hook&Loop:
-
Never pull the strip towards you.
-
Gently HOLD mounting base in place to prevent the base from snapping fingers.(DO NOT press down.)
-
STRETCH STIRPS SLOWLY AND LATERALLY until the base and strip RELEASE.
-
Remove the strip from hook and keep the surface clean.
Mashroom Head:
To remove the product without damaging your wall or frame:
Peel Gently: Carefully pull the frame away from the bottom to expose the adhesive strips.
Vertical Release: Place your finger on the top of the adhesive strip to hold it against the wall. Grasp the tab and pull the strip straight down vertically along the wall surface until the adhesive releases. Do not pull the strip outward (at an angle) toward you, as this may damage the paint.
