When installing, did you hear a clear “push” sound?

This sound indicates that air has been fully expelled and the vacuum seal is formed.

Make sure the surface and suction cup are clean, dry, and smooth.

If needed, rinse the suction cup with warm water, dry it completely (a hairdryer can help), and reinstall.

To identify whether the issue is the wall surface, we recommend testing the suction cup on glass or a mirror:
✔️ If it holds on glass → the wall surface may be too porous.

Air leakage is usually caused by the zipper or valve not being fully sealed. Please make sure the zipper is completely closed and slide the sealing clip firmly along the zipper several times to ensure a tight seal. The valve should also be tightened securely after compression.

If the issue continues, check the valve area for dust or debris and inspect the bag carefully for any small holes that could cause a slow leak. Overfilling the bag or placing sharp objects inside may also damage the material and lead to air leakage. For best results, store the bags in a cool, dry place and avoid extreme temperatures or direct sunlight.

To help identify the cause, you may test the bag on a smooth surface such as glass or a mirror. If it holds on glass but not on the intended surface, the surface may not be suitable for vacuum sealing.

The sealing clip is usually packed separately in a small plastic bag inside the package. Please check the packaging carefully, as it may be easy to overlook.

If the clip is not found after checking all packaging materials, please contact customer support for further assistance.

If an issue occurs and replacement bags are not available in individual or small-pack quantities, a partial refund may be offered as a resolution. The refund amount will be confirmed based on the order details and processed after confirmation.

If your order is incomplete, please confirm whether the outer package was intact when it arrived. Providing a photo of the items you received can help us verify the situation more quickly.

Once the information is confirmed, we will assist with a suitable solution such as replacement or refund.

If a vacuum storage bag has holes, it will not be able to maintain an airtight seal and should not be used. Please confirm how many bags are affected and provide a clear photo showing the damage.

After the issue is verified, an appropriate solution will be arranged based on the situation.
